Braidology 101 – Foundations of Braiding
Braidology 101 is an introductory, hands-on training program designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of natural hair braiding. Students develop foundational skills in parting, sectioning, and basic braiding techniques — all while building the confidence and creativity needed to grow into more advanced work.
This program also covers sanitation, professionalism, and teamwork — the essential habits that every successful braider carries into client work and beyond. Braidology 101 serves as the first step in the full Braidology Career Pathway, preparing students for advanced training and future opportunities in the beauty industry.

Designed for complete beginners, this six-week program focuses on building a strong foundation before moving into real client work. Each session is hands-on, practice-based, and led directly by Pat Boyd.
