Use of Website

Program Enrollment

• Enrollment in any Braidology program is subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of registration and, where applicable, payment.
• Program schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any changes.
• Payment plans, where offered, must be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the program.

Minors & Guardian Consent

Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in any program. A guardian may be required to complete additional documentation prior to participation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 6 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future session.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professionalism, respect for instructors and fellow students, and adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines during all sessions. Shear Creations Workforce Development Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a program for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and program materials — is the property of Shear Creations Workforce Development Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shear Creations Workforce Development Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.

Photo & Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant Shear Creations Workforce Development Academy permission to photograph or record sessions for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website, unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.
